FAQs

1) How do I order/make enquiries?

Simply email us at herglassdaffodil@gmail.com or leave a message in the tagboard.

2) How do I collect my items?

You can opt for it to be sent through post or you can collect them specific meetup places which we will update on the site. Feel free to email to ask about other places.

3) Do prices include postage?

No, prices do not include postage. Postage is approximately $1 to $1.50 for normal postage. For registered postage, there will be an additional $2 on top of normal postage.

4) How long does delivery take?
On overall, ~2 - 3 days. Item is posted out after payment. We will inform you when the item is posted out.

5) How do I make payment?

You can pay by transferring money to our POSB Savings Account or UOB account, which we will give you upon confirmation. Otherwise, Cash-Upon-Delivery is also possible.

6) Do you do swaps?
No, we do not.

7) I am concerned about the quality of items.

You have every right to be. Do email to ask for more information about the items if you have queries.
